The book itself is not signed, but a small 1996 gift card was inserted with Tudor's message. The date derives from the copyright on the card. We cannot determine if the card was originally given with this book. But the Provenance of the book is from Campbell's library, to Cellar Door Books through the executor's sale of July 2008. Statement of Provenance provided. Two small edge tears and light soiling to dust jacket.
