OLD CANOPY DOLL BED. A large wooden doll bed, circa 1900. 4 turned corner posts are topped with ball capitals. Plain stretchers with a full cotton cover across the top and voile and lace short curtains hanging over the sides. Full curtains at the head and foot. The dust ruffle is the same voile and lace construction. Draperies include a mattress, a bed pillow, fancy lace sheet, and 4 smaller throw pillows. Two of the latter are covered in red silk and crocheted covers. The other two are covered in a thin cotton voile and lace. The fabric on these white pillows have deteriorated on the face where fabric is paper thin and worn through. Topping all is a crazy quilt measuring 30" x 24".
