The limitation colophon page is added as the last sheet in the book. A separate publication, PRICE GUIDE TO ACCOMPANY TASHA TUDOR: THE DIRECTION OF HER DREAMS... is laid in. Haas and Gauch were two of Tudor's editors. Each wrote a section for the book. Haas died about 2005.
